Our MissionIn 1922, there was a tearful little girl singing a radio song:
It was then. 70 years later, a Ph.D. student, assisted a supervisor Dr. Vijay K. Bhargava in the first IEEE International Wireless Communications Conference held in Vancouver, Canada. Since then, "cellular" changed to "wireless" again. Today, broadband and wireless become cornerstones of modern telecommunications. But we see the little girl's dream to heaven continues. It is our responsibility to further improve global telecommunications for a better tomorrow.

wish there was a "Wireless" to Heaven, and I could speak to Mama every
day, I would let her know, by the Radio, I'm so lonesome since she went away. I
wish that I could only send a message, and hear my Mama answer me and say,
"Hush a bye my darling, dry your tears, don't cry, Mama dear is watching
baby from the sky." I wish there was a "Wireless" to Heaven, then
Mama would not seem so far away.
